Podcast - Attuning to Nature

Recently I had the utter delight of being interviewed by the talented art therapist Amelia Hutchison for her podcast “Art Therapy IRL (In Real Life)”. Engaging, fun and utterly informative, the podcast series is a fabulous resource for anyone interested in exploring the power of the creative process. Amelia interviews a host of professional experts in the creative arts, exploring things such as cultural humility, working therapeutically online, expressive arts, and social media.

In the episode I’m featured in, you can hear us share about the power of nature as an ally in our healing journeys, the basics of what environmental arts therapy looks and feels like, and how I’m offering land-based, creative problem solving as a tool for environmental consulting with Indigenous communities, governments and organizations.

Thank you for having a listen! And as always, you can check out the Environmental arts therapy page on my website to read about and see visuals of what the process of creatively attuning to nature can look like. You can also always book a discovery call with me to explore your own possibilities for connecting with the power of the land and creativity.
