Creative, Land Based Decision Making In The Workplace

  • Multiple online & in person dates through 2022 (map)

Do you feel like decision-making in your workplace is complex and layered with divergent interests?  Do you at times encounter stalemates and stagnation?

Invest in learning the power and process of creative, land based decision making to gain clarity, transformation and a fresh perspective on the issues you face in your workplace, to support organizational health, decision making, strategic planning, and team building.

The course will combine theory and an experiential, where we work both indoors and outdoors, and involves guided creative components.  We’ll explore why connecting with nature and creativity works in professional environments, and offer practical, straightforward approaches for how to gain insight and answers at work.

This workshop is for professionals looking to enhance their leadership skills, and those who are curious about how fostering collaborative and creative relationships between people and the land can transform how we approach issues impacting us in the workplace.

This course will be offered through Selkirk College online and in person throughout 2022.
