Clarity. Belonging. Innovation.

Cultivating intentional, creative partnerships with the natural world to grow our capacity for clarity, belonging and innovation in the workplace.

Working with you and your team, wherever your feet are planted.

Why work with us?

Ever step outside for a walk, and feel how all your stress and that busyness falls away?  Or find your flow to have that moment of inspiration and clarity finally land?

We know somewhere deep within our bones that, simply, being with the land is good for us.  Indigenous peoples have been sharing this knowledge since time immemorial, and science is finally catching up with affirmations.

When we intentionally relate with nature and our creativity, we make better decisions, we live in connection and approach our personal and professional lives in a clear, sustainable way.

We support you to foster and maintain that feeling, that connection, and apply it in your life and at work.

We need to radically reorient how we approach our relationship with the natural world, in our personal lives and in our institutions, to cultivate a sustainable future for the generations to come.

This book can help us find our inspiration as a guide forward in how we individually and collectively address climate change, sustainability, decision making and decolonization, through attuning to the wisdom of Indigenous peoples across Turtle Island, Ireland and Scotland, eco psychology and the use of land art.

Get to know the founder

Keeping the next seven generations in mind, my lifelong practice of engaging the transformative power of creativity and connecting with the land has resulted in a deep, inner knowing that the natural world is full of teachings and guidance, and that we are responsible for its sustainable, reciprocal stewardship.  I also hold an unwavering trust that the creative process can help us navigate our lives.  This is the ground from which I help individuals and organizations engage with nature and creativity to imagine new possibilities, nurture wellbeing and facilitate connection with nature, themselves, and those around them.

As a trained mental health professional, and with over 15 years of experience in leading strategic planning, policy and consultations with Indigenous communities and government, I’m looking forward to working together to help you find your clarity, focus and connection.
